The City of Sydney Basketball Association is pleased to announce that Logan Bilby has joined the club as the new Referee Development Manager.
Logan comes to CSBA with an impressive officiating resume with over 22 years of basketball refereeing experience. His accomplishments include National Development Official (BA), over 10 Years educating referees, national, state, and domestic referee, and educator, NBL1 referee and course presenter.
Logan will assist in the growth and development of officials through referee education, online courses, resource sharing, referee recruitment and onboarding, workshop creation and delivery. Logan will also focus on “continually improving the officiating experience and constantly look for innovative ways to improve officiating standards and practices.”
CSBA’s CEO, Ben Madgen is excited about the opportunity of working closely with Logan, stating “To secure the services of Logan is a huge piece to continuing the positive progress of our referee program. Logan’s knowledge, experience, and willingness to educate our referee’s, will see CSBA’s referee program thrive under his leadership.”
